Is it safe to put my credit card number into this website? Yes. We don’t store any of your credit card information (that’s handled by our payment processor, Stripe, the best in the business) and we will never share your personal information with anyone else.

What's your privacy policy? We will never share your information with any third party. Who is a third party? Well the first party is us, and the second party is you. So a third party is anyone other than us and you. And, you know, they probably have enough already!

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Spiritual Swag is a marketplace that connects a number of hand-picked suppliers. The delivery time is 5-15 business days to USA, Spain, Australia, and the Netherlands and 10-20 business days worldwide. 

Be aware that if you order a few different products within one order, they might arrive separately.

Due to COVID-19 delivery times are longer than normal.

We are still taking orders at this time, but delivery will be delayed. If you do place an order, we will keep you updated on delivery.

How much does shipping cost? We currently offer free shipping on all retail items. Shipping cost on promotional items may vary.

Import fees & duty. It sucks, we know. However, our warehouses are located in the US, UK and Asia so depending on where in the world your purchases are shipped to you might have to pay an import fee and/or duty.

My order never arrived. Check your order confirmation email for the tracking number. If that doesn’t work, send us an e-mail, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

My order arrived incomplete or damaged. Take a deep breath. Contemplate the transience of all things. In your mind’s eye, envision the faces of everyone you love and everything you hold dear, and let them go. Then send us an e-mail, tell us what you ordered and your order number, and we’ll help you out.

I would like to return my order. Send us an e-mail. There are no returns on free+shipping items because we do not refund shipping costs. Retail items should be returned to our company address in Sweden in order to get a refund. We do not cover the shipping cost.
